All orders:

Are dispatched from our head office within a 24-48 hr period following payment. Please note that all orders are sent via Australia Post prior to 3pm AEST on weekdays only.

Domestic orders:

The Crayseas have a single delivery price within Australia. All domestic orders are charged at $10 per order, not per item.

International orders:

Currently The Crayseas do not ship to overseas countries. Stay tuned for any changes.

Shipping Info:

If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home Australia Post will leave you a card to take to the specified post office where you can then sign for your new items and take them home.

If you have not received your items within 5 business days of making your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases a dispatch email will be emailed out to the customer once the item has been shipped. If an item hasn’t been delivered, this usually means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.


If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us on as soon as possible.

If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size or colour in stock. We will provide you with a store credit (via email) within 5 days of receiving the original item/s. 

We accept returns within 14 days of placing your original purchase. This means we need to receive them return within that timeframe. Please note we do not offer refunds, you will be provided with a store credit to cover the cost of the returned item. We do not cover return shipping costs and item/s must be sent back in original, unworn condition. This includes proof of postage at the time of posting returned item/s.

The Crayseas reserves the right to deny a credit note if item/s are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way (this includes traces of perfume, deodorant etc.)

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase.

We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. You can email if you believe your garment has a fault, or follow our returns process via the returns sheet in your original purchase.
